You put 1 can of salmon, cracker crumbs or bread crumbs, 1 egg, parsley, black pepper, and fry them in olive oil. Really good and healthy and we eat that with fresh broccoli. <BR/>I used to be allergic to all foods like your hubby and now I think I grew out of them. <BR/><BR/>Everything the cow eats, I could not.
