Eat yer greens!
I mean, EVERYTHING tastes good when cooked in bacon grease!
**Recipe
Fresh Swiss chard from the garden
1 slice of bacon
Cook the piece of bacon until done.
Fight over who gets the piece of bacon.
Slice up the swiss chard.
Dump it in the bacon grease,
Stir fry until tender crisp.
(It really was delish!)

I agree wholeheartedly. So much so that we have cooked edamame in bacon grease and it was truly sublime.
hahaha. I will have to try that with my husband. He is not a fan of green things. Or actually any vegie that doesn't double as a starch.
