A Month of Firsts

Ok y'all, this post may be boring but since it's my blog and I can do what I want, I am documenting this part of my life and saving a photo of my first agenda in Spanish.

A month of Firsts:
First agenda written in Spanish
First meeting conducted in Spanish.
First visits in Spanish.
First talk given in Spanish.
First Council meetings in Spanish.
First Enrichment in Spanish.
First welcome to a newly baptized member in Spanish
First of many, many, many mistakes spoken in Spanish.
Doing a few other things in Spanish, which cannot be shared.

I'm usually scared spitless the majority of the time but I sure have a lot of help-both seen and unseen! And this is definitely a labor of love.

Yay for you! Usually the hardest things are the most rewarding, even when we are scared spitless! This is a very impressive list of firsts!

Faith without works is dead.

I think you are working like crazy! You are an inspiration!

(Just to be clear; I think your faith is stronger than you work.)

That's a great post! You are getting a LOT of those firsts out of the way. You'll be an old pro in no time!

I actually got a "scared spitless" sorta calling this afternoon. It's not in Spanish but it's WAYYY out of my comfort zone. I know I'll learn and grow and all that jazz but ack! Those poor people that I'll be serving. they're totaly getting JIPPED! lol
