Shock & Awe-In the Garden!

Ok-I am about to confess how truly weird I am when seeing this sight, I run screaming into the house to grab my camera.....Green beans sprouting!
Squash sprouting!
And the look of delight on the grandkids' faces is the best entertainment ever!
To hear their squeals of delight when they pulled up their giant carrots was hilarious!

holy cow, those are huge-mongous carrots. Where do you get your seed? I'm noticing lots of different kind of seeds, how do you know what works best in az?

Rhett and Savanna LOVE to pull carrots out of our neighbors' garden (with their permission, of course). You are pricking my conscience . . . I need to find a way to get a garden!

Today I was looking out at the snow in my yard and lamenting my past life in good ole AZ. Now you went and made it worse! I sure do miss Thanksgiving in grandma's backyard and the smell of orange blossoms in December... *sigh*
