Oh my absolute favorite things - monzarella with fresh tomatoes and basil, my mouth is watering. I just need about two more months in my garden before I can dream these kinds of dreams :)
Okay--so here are two quick ideas for centerpieces--but keep in mind I haven't really given this much thought. 1. You can get pretty cheap picture frames where you can put a picture of each of the dads and have the kids decorate the frames in cute ways--usually with paint. Or 2. A bit fancier idea is to use a vase. Tie a ribbon or piece of material around it in the shape of a tie for the bow. Fill the jars with floral foam and cover with peat moss. You can add some greenery for leaves if you want and then poke in wires that can hold pictures of the different fathers--like a bouquet of dads. You can make your own picture holders out of wire, or buy them. Anyway those two ideas came to mind right off, but you will probably think of something much cuter as you give it some thought. Have fun with that!!!
I'm a middle aged lady, young at heart, wife of Terry, mother of 7 great kids, grandma of 13 of the cutest, smartest, and most charming grandkids in the world, including one angel baby in heaven, chief cook and bottle washer, driver,& counselor. I love to be creative, learn new things, the color red, clutter-free spaces, chocolate, naps, office supply stores, fabric stores, & taking too many photos, just to name a few.
