A longstanding tradition in our family is to head out to the Mesa Temple, which is lit up during the holiday season with thousands of beautiful lights, to enjoy the spirit of the season and try to keep from losing wandering toddlers. Some years it has been freezing cold, but Sunday night, it was perfect!
And trying to take non-blurry photos of wandering toddlers is nigh near impossible!
We're off today for the 3rd annual grandkid fiesta.....photos later and....
Happy Birthday Mommy!(it's the 4th annual 29th birthday!!!)
This is the first time in my long life to see the lights at any temple....fantastic! We were able to get a few pics before the lights turned off but it was worth the visit! I am now suffering from a headcold...could be from all the hand shaking and kissing the rugrats.
I'm a middle aged lady, young at heart, wife of Terry, mother of 7 great kids, grandma of 13 of the cutest, smartest, and most charming grandkids in the world, including one angel baby in heaven, chief cook and bottle washer, driver,& counselor. I love to be creative, learn new things, the color red, clutter-free spaces, chocolate, naps, office supply stores, fabric stores, & taking too many photos, just to name a few.

We love the lights, too. My camera battery died . . . so no pics. We are going again, so I'll take some them. How do you take good pics at night?
Looks beautiful. Merry Christmas from over a frigid 2 feet and counting. Hope your family has a wonderful Christmas
So pretty! Temple lights are the best.
