Well DUH!

Yesterday at 4:30 pm I was weeping and wailing and gnashing my teeth.

I checked in my fridge and I had run out of carrots.

And I was bewailing the fact that I needed to go to the grocery store to buy some carrots to finish my dinner preparations-at 4:30 pm-UG. But then WAIT!

I have carrots in my garden!

I'm kinda slow that way....

You have no idea how that made my day....

P.S. Hey-Wanna know how I can post every day? Do you think that I have masses of time every day to do this? Well, shhhhh, don't tell anyone, but click on post options at the bottom of the create post page, then you can put the date and time in the box when you want it to post. I do 3-4 at a time. Now you know that I am not a blogging genius....the truth is out, but shhhhh....it's a secret.

Aaahh! I thought I was the only one who knew that secret!! It certainly does make my life easier to do it that way.

you've just inspired me. I now want to go plant some carrots.

I probably oughta like learn about it first. Like when planting season is here and junk like that. Ok maybe I won't end up doing it.

BUT YAY FOR YOU!!!

those carrots look devine!
You wanna no something.
these Duck eggs are simply devine!
My hubby{Bless his heart} gets up when I can't and makes his own lunch each day with tortilla's and something. well the other day he made duck eggs with red potatoes and they were good.
So, today since I broke my hand(yes by the thumb/palm yesterday, slipped on ice trying to feed the game animals, bruised my ribs, neck and then my bottom} I am ok so anyways back to teh story, this guy whom had orange groves, well he took some duck eggs the other day as they love to bake and cook with them.

so, my daughter did some baking, 1 cake today with oops ducks eggs, she discovered tonight and then I made some taco turkey meat with some duck eggs for my very 1st time and oh my they are great!
they are bigger and richer.
Yummy! I am hooked now.
Ok, take care and thanks for the blogging tip.
