Can you see that big chunk of glass missing? Casualty of Bubba D and the dishwasher. But I can't STAND plastic glasses. They set my teeth on edge kind of like scraping your fingers on a blackboard. Don't know why. I have a small set of plastics for the grandkiddies but it's glass for the rest of us......
So I head off for cheapo glasses about every other month.......

We used to have glass cups but they were always breaking too... we finally just got the plastic ones at Wally World...I hate them...but at least I don't have a broken glass everyday :)

Joe says that we finance Wally-World by ourselves. I have one down the street from me, and that is very dangerous!
I too prefer glass, but we have children and tile floors, which is not a good combination.
We have half glass and half plastic.
Because of my children I have learned to HATE glass glasses.
It's all about the plastic at my house.
