So a year or so ago TL and I had a lovely trip to Kona, Hawaii. In the course of browsing around the little shops in the little towns I came across this fabulous fabric store. When I walked in, I felt like I was transported back to 1945. It was crammed to the gills with beautiful Hawaiian prints and old fashioned cash registers. So I searched and picked up 5 yards of fabric, thinking I could fashion something for my grandbabies.....
Here's the result....
I made 3 little matching sundresses for the girls. So far it has been nigh near impossible to get them all three together for a group photo shot but we'll keep trying.
Note to self: Toddlers don't like to keep hats on for more than 15 seconds at a time for photo shoots....

Oh. My. Gosh! Those are so cute! I love the fabric and the style of the dresses and the hats and everything about them. I need to learn how to work that kind of magic on my sewing machine.
Those are simply adorable! I can't believe you did the hats too! How sweet!
Very cute...I can't believe you made a hat too! Your grandbabies are adorable!

I love those colors and I am glad you went to Hawaii, what fun.
I never wanted to go as my dream vacation is.............jamica but, since everyone I know goes, I would like to see it once.
I heard you can't see it all in one trip though.
Wow! Those are adorable. I can't believe you made hats too. I wish I knew how to sew better!
Yes, Marilyn I think your right. I found this Yummy, Good for you,(I personally think it ranks up there with Broccoli)treat at Fry's 3 for 1.00 this week. I haven't seen the peppermint crunch junior mints since last Christmas....maybe this year!
