Experimental

First attempt at revising a recipe to be wheat free, gluten free, egg free, tomato free, milk free recipe.

It was a rousing success!!!!

Lemon chicken-I used some interesting substitutions for 1/4 c. wheat flour and 1 egg and 1 T ketchup.....brown rice and home grown green beans.

And guess who's jumped on the good nutrition bandwagon??

Child who shall be nameless and faceless.....hint....

Youngest child, female, on the swim team, reading me her nutrition requirements to be at peak performance for the team..

Hmmmmmm........(thanks coach!)

wow, that looks very yummy! I was thinking he could eat salmon patties right? You put 1 can of salmon, cracker crumbs or bread crumbs, 1 egg, parsley, black pepper, and fry them in olive oil. Really good and healthy and we eat that with fresh broccoli.
I used to be allergic to all foods like your hubby and now I think I grew out of them.

Everything the cow eats, I could not. Tomatoes, potatoes, wheat, milk etc. I had those dreaded tests in my arm and would just cry.

Does he like goats milk or soy?

Happy Eating!

Glad it worked out! How will TL eat my Orange rolls? I don't think I can make them gluten free! Maybe he can splurge every once in a while!

Looks good to me. What did you use for bread crumbs?
Another quick tip for a treat. The Silk chocolate soy milk the is just like dessert and it has sweetest aftertaste.
