End of Day 2

Hi All! We slept like logs last night. We had a city tour today....took a few photos....I have to be brief because there is a line for the computer! The city is amazing-it is a typical European city, jam packed together-beautiful scenery-good food-we ate some amazing pastries this morning-kind of like creme brulee with a flaky crust-yum! We are headed out to the "docas" or docks along the banks of the River Tagus to eat. We have managed so far not to get pickpocketed or ripped off. We find that most of the people understand Spanish so we are having a great time visiting with the shopkeepers. As far as Portuguese......well......it is very different than Spanish! Chao for now!
