At Least Something Likes 110 degrees plus!

Four pounds plus of basil. Happily growing. I've got enough to dry for a year's supply for me and my family and half the neighborhood...
Pesto anyone?

Oh yum...have you ever made salad caprese?
Tomatoes sliced with fresh mozzarella topped with fresh basil leaves, a little olive oil, salt & pepper.

My mouth is watering.

Looks great. We want to add herbs to our garden next year. Any secret to drying them?

That basil looks fantastic and I'm sure it smells delightful. I so enjoy fresh basil. But I just manage to keep a handful at a time growing this year at any given time.
