Getting a phone call from someone who says, "I would like to help a member of your branch have a Merry Christmas." Seeing wonderful people step forward and lend a helping hand to those who are less fortunate.

How sweet. I am glad there are people calling you to help. I think helping families have a good Christmas always makes the season more meaningful.
