Happy 4th

Happy Fourth of July!
I'm grateful to all those who came before me and sacrificed so that I could have the life of freedom I enjoy.

Interestingly, we are entertaining our Hispanic friends this morning with a breakfast brunch and swim. They came to this country for freedom and peace and the opportunity for a future for themselves and their children. They are hardworking, lovely people.

I do not judge their status.

I just hope and pray that some kind of solution can be agreed upon so that they can live without fear and prejudice.

Because I think that's what our Founding Fathers had in mind.

Amen. We have so enjoyed the cultural diversity here in NY. My kids have made instant friends with all races and it makes me so happy. That's what this country and the gospel is all about!

Happy 4th right back to you!

Happy day after the 4th!!! How was the swim party? I'm sure it was super fun!

I too am grateful to have a day to remember this country, those who have and DO sacrifice their lives so I can live here with all the freedoms.

I am so glad to have the opportunity to live in America. I think so many of us take it for granted. I wish everyone had the rights, freedoms, and blessings we have here.

I too love this country and the freedoms we have, I truely appreciate our founding fathers and all those that have fought for our country because freedom isn't free. Many people had to fight and many lost their lives so we could have our freedoms.
